I hate small talk. I want to talk about atoms, death and faraway galaxies. I want to talk about trust and love and hope and language and stories and happiness and how to build a finer world and how to live like you mean it. I don't want to talk about people who aren't here or events for which we're not there. I like people who speak with emotion about ideas so raw and so out there they can't really be fully put in words.
